Turn off your Heat Pump to prevent condensate backup and water damage
Locate the Heat Pump condensate line and check for ice blockages
Thaw the Heat Pump condensate line using warm towels never use open flame
Insulate the Heat Pump condensate line to prevent future freezing
Call for Heat Pump service if the condensate issue persists after thawing
