Check the Heat Pump defrost thermostat for proper connection and operation
Verify the Heat Pump defrost control board is receiving power
Manually initiate Heat Pump defrost cycle if your unit has a manual defrost mode
Call for Heat Pump service if the defrost cycle does not operate automatically
